All prospective employees are provided with accredited job readiness training.

• Free recruitment on behalf of employers
• Sourcing jobs, training and other workforce opportunities for our job seekers
• Identification of possible financial incentives (depending on individual circumstances)
• Providing on-the-job support for both the employee and the employer
• Providing assessments for possible workplace modifications, and completion of associated paperwork
• Education and retraining processes for co-workers, where required
• Regular liaison with employees and employers to ensure sustainable job placements
• Initiating new projects to provide further employment and training opportunities
