Access Injury Management Systems (AIMS)

AIMS is an approved rehabilitation provider for Victorian WorkCover, TAC and Comcare, and provides injury management, return to work services and a range of occupational health and safety services to individual employers.

Our mission is to reduce the financial and human cost of disability by:

How can AIMS help you?

AIMS has qualified and professional consultants who have experience working with a wide range of physical and psychological injuries. AIMS offers a range of rehabilitation services including:

• Initial assessment to determine specific occupational rehabilitation needs with regard to the injured worker’s recovery and return to work
• Worksite assessments to identify suitable duties and facilitate maintenance at or return to work following injury. This may also include advice on job modification, workstation/equipment modification or the provision of aids and appliances
• Vocational counselling, which focuses on achieving maintenance at, or early return to work
• Functional education to assist in the prevention of further injury or aggravation
• Vocational assessments to determine achievable or alternative employment options
• Job Seeking Assistance (JSA) to assist workers in securing new employment
• Occupational therapy household help assessments
• Ergonomic assessments
